I have neglected tumblr alot

I feel like i haven’t written anything/done anything on tumblr for a good 6 months, which is weird as I used to be on here 24/7 but hey ho. On here to find some inspiration as am very motivated at the moment to get into university :) and need a good cheering up session.

Since I last posted I lost my dad and as a result I feel I got a twinge of depression - not wanting to do anything, or seeing the point in doing anything even if I mustered up the strength to do it. Just generally questionning anything or anyones worth in my life. Which isn’t good on its own, but through this process of greiving and trying to sort my head out I have had everything put into percepective. I do not need the people who cause me drama in my life, I only want to be surrounded by people who make my life worthy. May sound dramatic but if you do not add anything to my life, then I wont miss you when you’re gone. Its funny also, life lessons that my Dad taught me are coming into play more and more in my life now, and I find myself thinking about him 24/7 and finding memories of him in the smallest things. Take today driving back from Cardiff - crossing the Severn Bridge and I was absolutely overwhelmed with nostalgia, as I remember crossing it when I was younger and my dad going onto the hard shoulder and taking pictures over the side. Little things like that which I will cherish forever.

Also have been questionning whether or not I want to go to uni, and at the moment I do. I really really do. I want to make my family proud. So at present I am organising my desk and creating revision notes as I have just had the fear of God put into me as we only have 2 months of college left. Crap.

My best friend is coming home in two weeks aswell and I am estatic. She moved to Austria at the beginning of December, before all my family stuff went down, and I have needed her so many times. Times where I need her to cry to and tell her all the things I’m feeling - the stuff I may not want to speak to my mum about for fear of maing her sad. I have felt quite lonely in this whole thing to be honest, even when surrounded by the most supportive bunch of friends that I could ever ask for, its difficult.

So yeah, thats my life thus far. Now to kick some ass and take some names :)

Boom, lets make my Daddy proud xxxxxxxxx

The Andromeda Galaxy is a spiral galaxy approximately 2.5 million light-years from Earth in the constellation Andromeda. It is also known as Messier 31, M31, or NGC 224, and is often referred to as the Great Andromeda Nebula in older texts. Andromeda is the nearest spiral galaxy to the Milky Way, but not the closest galaxy overall. It gets its name from the area of the sky in which it appears, the Andromeda constellation, which was named after the mythological princess Andromeda. Andromeda is the largest galaxy of the Local Group, which consists of the Andromeda Galaxy, the Milky Way, the Triangulum Galaxy, and about 30 other smaller galaxies. Although the largest, Andromeda may not be the most massive, as recent findings suggest that the Milky Way contains more dark matter and may be the most massive in the grouping. The 2006 observations by the Spitzer Space Telescope revealed that M31 contains one trillion (1012) stars,: at least twice more than the number of stars in our own galaxy, which is estimated to be c. 200–400 billion.
Andromeda is estimated to be 7.1×1011 solar masses. In comparison a 2009 study estimated that the Milky Way and Andromeda are about equal in mass, while a 2006 study put the mass of the Milky Way at ~80% of the mass of Andromeda. The Andromeda Galaxy and the Milky Way are expected to collide in perhaps 4.5 billion years.
At an apparent magnitude of 3.4, the Andromeda Galaxy is notable for being one of the brightest Messier objects, making it visible to the naked eye on moonless nights even when viewed from areas with moderate light pollution. Although it appears more than six times as wide as the full Moon when photographed through a larger telescope, only the brighter central region is visible to the naked eye or when viewed using binoculars or a small telescope.
